Do you see Infra as a form of therapy?
I've only missed infra once since being introduced into this scene. This will be my fifth time coming, and I'm planning to be here again in the fall.
I feel I've had some legitimate therapy being here, and each time I show up it feels like the last couple seasons have passed and I'm able to review my life and prepare for the next chapter which starts when I drive home Sunday.
Being a citizen of Minneapolis since last Infra has been stressful, I'm yearning to close my own chapter of this time period, and start another one which will hopefully end on a high note. I don't know if I could do this without the atmosphere that everyone here puts on twice a year.
Now just to survive the next couple weeks lmao
Also weird Q: are there any groups that meet up to talk mental health outside of the sobriety groups? Would anyone be interested in this?
