Advice on pills vs lotion

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone has tried glycophyrrolate pills vs lotion? My doctor said she could get me some lotion from the compounding pharmacy but said she’s never had a patient go that route. Is there any data (from yall) of how this lotion would work on hands and feet, and risks vs benefits to that vs using pills? Just trying to find a solution before summer hits in full because it’s already so bad this year :/
