Progesterone Suppositories - Questions.

Um, hello… 😅 Okay, let me make this perfectly clear…. I will do anything and I mean anything to help my chances of success so this is not me complaining, I am just brainstorming and hoping to get some tips/tricks so this routine of inserting two suppositories three times a day doesn’t hijack my day-to-day life and hold it hostage. I am only two days in and WTF?! I feel like my life will revolve around these buggers and is my sex life doomed from here on out? 😂

I am prescribed 600, so 2 at a time in the morning, around lunchtime and before bed. The afternoon dose has already proven to be a little difficult as I am at work during that time and no matter how far up I try to go, they don’t seem to want to stay up there. Going back to bed for 15 to 30 minutes in the morning isn’t so bad, but not exactly ideal, and obviously the bedtime dose is no problem.

I don’t yet have an applicator so I have been just using a glove (it feels more sanitary) and a touch of Vaseline to make the suppository tacky.

Any advice!?
