Floor Movement Issue on new build

Hi all,

Looking for advice and recommendations for an independent engineer/structural engineer in the Clare/Limerick area.

My house was built in 2017. After a few years I started to notice some movement in the floorboards, but it has become noticeably worse over the last 12 months.

I’d like to get someone independent to inspect it and ideally provide a written report with recommendations.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue in a relatively new build, especially floors moving/sinking.

Also, can anyone recommend a good engineer or structural engineer in Clare/Limerick who would be suitable for this type of inspection?
