I think I might be soflocked after Queen of Highway missiom

So the last main mission I did was Queen of the Highway, where you control the Basilisk and Panam and Saul become joint leaders, however since that mission I have no advancements in the main storyline, I have been doing side quests and gigs since, can anybody tell me what I have to do to advance

The only four missions I have available are:
The Space in Between

Phantom Liberty

I really Want to Stay at your house (River)

Beat on the brat

What do i do next?
