Speedfight 2 “Conversion”

Hello Reddit,

I have bought back my speedfight 2 after selling it because I just could not afford to keep it running well…

Now I can so I bought back my old SF2 and im currently stripping it to the frame to then rebuild it.

Since the block is liquid cooled and vertical there are not to many options cilinder wise so therefore my question.

Would putting a Air Cooled cilinder on my Liquid Cooled block work? The coolant only goes through the cilinder but I dont know if the block itself is built different on a air cooled setup to get rid of the heat.
