Would you say that 2008 babies grew up technologically more like 1998 or like current kids born in 2018?

Honestly if you asked me this question three years ago, I would say that 2008 and 2018 are more similar but with how fast AI is emerging I want to ask this question

I myself am a 2008 born so I don’t know what life was like in the 2000s and how different it really was from the 2010s. So i’m asking this sub what do yall think?
