Older Boston peeing at night

Well it’s happened. She peed in my bed. She’s never done that before and last night she did it. I took her out before she slept and first thing in the morning. She was being weird so I inspected the bed and a puddle of pee. Do I go straight to diapers? She obviously can’t sleep with me in bed anymore, and now I’m worried about leaving her in the house for too long by herself. She’s 14 and even just last year she was able to hold her pee in all night so this is new to me, what do I do?
