GTA 5 Quick to Main Menu Issue

Ever since about late January/February area, at the start of any online game session, exactly one time, the game at a random point (1 min-60+ minutes) will kick me out to the main menu. Doesn't matter if in a mission, free roam, or event, it happens exactly once. Then the game is fine for the rest of that time, until I load the game the next time I play, and then rinse and repeat.

It didn't do this until then, and there is nothing that has changed on my end since then. I can't be internet related as there is no internet issues with anything else in the house when this happens.

Anyone else have this happening?
