Where can I buy good septum jewelry in town?

i know we have a few piercing places, but i'm definitely wondering who had the best quality. i've bought from Body Shop online, but their "implant grade steel" is a lie.

i need something durable, cute, basically something that isn't gonna rust or oxidize in a month.
