Advice for receiver + speakers for my first turntable setup

Hello everyone, I have been wanting to get into vinyl for a while and I finally decided to buy an AT-LP120XUSB. However, now I'm stuck on the rest of the setup.

What I'm looking for:

• A receiver with Bluetooth so I can also stream from my phone when I'm not spinning records
• Passive speakers to pair with it
• Total budget around 400€ for the receiver + speakers combo

I also have a dumb question, but what's actually the difference between an audio receiver and an amplifier? I keep seeing both terms thrown around and I'm not sure which one I actually need for what I'm trying to do.
