What is your team’s deployment frequency and how did you actually improve it?

Early-stage, pre-Series A with six engineers and one staff-level lead who basically doubles as head of engineering. Every deploy, every production issue, every CI config change ends up on her plate. Investors have started noticing the single-person risk during reference calls.

We need to ship faster but we can’t keep depending on one person for the whole release pipeline.
