R11 of 36 : Texas Motor Speedway (Dallas/Ft Worth)
Oooooooh so close to a great Top 10 finish last week at Talladega. Just got tangled up in a wreck coming to the checkered flag had him end up finishing P20. Still got 17 points for that and is now sitting 19th in points. Somehow, Shane managed to avoid getting destroyed in "the Big One" that involved 25 cars earlier on, and could easily have damaged his car more.
Next up is another of the traditional D-shaped tri-oval 1.5 mile tracks. Please PLEASE lets hope he has better results than the other 1.5 milers he's run so far this season (Kansas a few weeks ago, finished P36 and Las Vegas near the start of the season, again finished P36). Results from his two past races at TMS: 2024 Xfinity, Q33 / F18 and 2025 Cup, Q37 / F22.
Practice : Field split into two groups, 25 minutes per group
Qualifying : One hot lap per entry. Single round only.
