LCWRA assessment complete- Northern Ireland

Hi all, I am an appointee for my child and was hoping for some advice. She has been getting UC since turning 18 in October 2025 (attends special needs course only in tech)- Northern Ireland based

Every month we have had a health appointment with work coach very informal pending the LCWRA assessment. We had assessment 10 days ago , it lasted 15-20 mins with the girl in capita saying she had all she needed. This week however a journal message has came through stating we need to attend mandatory interview in 2 weeks via phone.

I'm a bit confused could this be an overlap between the WCA decision or is this to get more info? I rang capita and they advised they have passed their report back to UC but when i ask in Journal I am being told there is no WCA updates as yet , so why would we have mandatory interview. Can't seem to get any answers so any advice would be appreciated
