My rapist is engaged

Hey guys I’ve never posted on here before, so I have a kind of odd story and would like a different point of view. Around 4 years ago I(19F) went to a party my male friend(19M) invited me to we will call him Darwin, I go with my friend Carol(16F) I end up drinking 2 truly’s and as any young woman does in young adult hood I drank a lot but this night I was completely out of it and was stumbling he may have gave me something but I don’t know. I ended up going to Darwin’s room and just laying on his bed(he wasn’t in there) to calm my dizziness down, then I feel a hand on my ankle, and I pretend to sleep, I never said yes and he thought I was passed out(fawn response I guess) after it was over and he left I scurried to the top of the bed and my friends carol and Jeanie(17F)asked “what happened” with wide eyes and bright smiles, I said to them calmly “I think I was raped” and not even 7 seconds later Darwin busted into the room with 3 of his male friends saying “what are we talking about” and of course I’m terrified so I say nothing. He ends up knowing anyway and I feel like I’m scared for my life at this point because he had been playing with a gun when carol and I had arrived. Anyway long story short he has a video of me saying it is consent at the end of the day and I don’t want to go to the police I just am worried about the girl he’s engaged to, I want to let her know he’s not a good person before she decides her life with him is going to be permanent.
