Thoughts on Institut Brittany d’Enseignement Supérieur?

Anyone here who heard of or knows more info about “Institut Brittany d’Enseignement Supérieur” or IBES? Is it an accredited institution where you can get a recognized degree? I don’t know how reputable they are but I couldn’t find any other info online.

They also offer Dual Awards like partnerships with schools like UCAM (I searched it’s a university in Murcia Spain)
