Sleep deprivation is crushing me

Huge vent i guess. I can't think straight anymore. I've always insomnia but ever since I've had my 10 month old daughter, I barely know how I'm functioning at all.

Me and my daughters father both work 12 hours, night shift at the same place, his mom watches her while we work, and when I get home, I have to wait for her and her dad to fall asleep and then maybe I'll end up getting about 2 hours at that point, if I'm lucky. At that point I normally just stay up because it just makes me more tired with only 2 hours and I'd rather just power through it with a bunch of caffeine basically.

My head is in a constant fog and it has physically taken over to where it's just.. indescribable and fuzzy and weird. I'm so shaky and on edge for some reason, I'm on autopilot most the time but once I have a conversation or have to go to work or anything, I have to put the most insane amount of focus and attention into it when I never used to be that way. I may have stuttered a lil bit before but this has been getting ridiculous.

Everybody thinks I'm mad and irritated all the time, which I guess I am because of my resentment of everybody else's ability to sleep but oml I feel like I'm dying sometimes.

Tl/dr: already had/have insomnia, had my 10 month old, work 12 hours, I feel like I'm dying.
