Dine and Earn?

So Marriott seems to have a program called "Dine and Earn" which is completely separate from "Eat Around Town." A fraction of hotel restaurants allow you to earn and redeem points 5/$1 plus elite bonus, right?

On the landing page for any of the eligible bars/restaurants, there's a small thing at the bottom that alludes to a sign up offer. "Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits Earn 6,000 points when eating at 3 restaurants in the first month. Earn Points, Redeem Points." This just leads back to the Marriott general offers page.

My question is, this seems quite distinct from the EAT bonus, but there is **nothing** that I can find about it anywhere. It just gets buried in IHG Dine and Earn SEO. Does anyone know anything about this- specifically the bonus? I'd be down to just try it out, but wouldn't want to miss out on that due to not making some minimum I can't find.
