resting heart rate

hi there!

i’m 10 weeks pregnant and ive noticed my sleeping heart rate is higher than before. my average sleeping heart rate was usually between 58-65 and the past few weeks it has been an average of 70 with it not dipping into the 50s at all like it used to and it being in the 70s more than the 60s. did anyone else’s resting heart rate go up during the first trimester. it says it’s normal for it to increase 10-20bpm but it’s just scary. i also have POTS so i’m already super aware of my heart so even little changes are icky feeling.
