I accidentally ruined a train attendant’s day today

I boarded my train today for a long journey. I had a reserved seat in 2AC coach, got settled in. I waited for 30 minutes for my blanket and standard bedroll, but no one came. I checked the coach for the attendant but couldn't find him anywhere. I remembered seeing reels about the RailMadad app and thought I'd test out how effective it actually is. Well, within 5 minutes, the attendant came running to my seat, literally crying. He asked, "Bhaiya aapne koi complaint ki hai kya?" When I said yes, he broke down and told me “bhaiya mein ane wala tha , ab mere paise kat jayenge complaint ki apne toh”.

I stupidly assumed it just sent a ping to a supervisor to remind them. I asked him kitna deduct krte hain paise ? He said 2000 rs . I was soo shocked bruhh😭 . He said that you should have waited some more time. I apologized to him and gave him some money to help cover the deduction, but I still feel awful. Just wanted my blanket, didn't mean to ruin the poor guy's day.
