Are baby IIMs worth it?

I'm 22,and will turn 23 this year. Fresher non-engineer(psychology).CAT25 was my first attempt with 2 months of self prep and bad D-day.

Now, I'm waiting for CAP results but I'm confused between taking a job in content creation and marketing(I got selected for an internship) or to go with the MBA from a baby IIM. Does anyone have any suggestions?
