BCSP and CEUs for Recertification Not Accepted

My recertification is due this June for my ASP. I have submitted my worksheet twice and both times they rejected some of my CEUs and I am still 5 short! What am I doing wrong? I’ve been studying for the CSP but am not feeling overly confident and am rapidly running out of time. Any suggestions?
