Teams - No Custom Background

Hi all,

We are unable to upload/utilise a custom Teams background when using Teams in Citrix Workspace.

Outside Citrix - all good

Inside - No options (we can blur the background)

Our IT hasn't found a fix.

Has anyone encountered this issue?
