Help with 2 missions

Hello Star citizens ^-^

Im here to ask help for 2 missions to get Pulverizer LMG blueprint

Im tryng to complete the missions:

- All things come to an end (74.500 aUEC)

- They will be missed (70.250 aUEC)

Im trying to complete theses missions and the NPC that i need to kill doesnt spawn a single time...

I cleared all hostile NPCs (Incluided the turrets), i waited a LOT of minutes to the NPCs to respawn and nothing.... the objective NPC doesnt spawn....

i tried it many times and nothing...

I need help to get the pulverizer LMG blueprint

Someone know a solution?
