for example

you throw in 3 yellow non ancestral boots and they turn it into a completely fresh new pair of yellow boots

the thing is they can even roll ancestral and even GA

I just turned 3 random non ancestral boots into a ancestral boots with 1 GA

its basically a 33% (more than that because you can also 3:1 the items that you've gotten from your 3:1) increase to your loot as long as you dont lose your mind picking up ... every ... single ... piece of loot in the game
