Is Eldorado gg safe for apex coins?

So apex has been cooking with the new heirloom and ash prestige skin coming in the next season and I want to get both, I came across Eldorado that has cheap apex coins, does any1 know if they legit and will I get banned if I buy 46k apex coins from them???
