How come sin is bad yet god created it?

Every time I hear someone talk about sin I just laugh because if god was really this all powerful all knowing and creates everything why would he make death why would he make sin pain cancer etc etc and if god is real why would he kill everyone and he even does it because he created death so he makes us die but he chose his favorite little guy and told him build a arc well I kill everyone u know and love
