Is there a city service that can help?

Hello, a few days ago someone hit a parked car in front of my house and there was debris left all over my front yard. Is there a city service that can clean that up for me. There's quite a bit of debris large and small.

I'd rather not be out picking metal for hours on end so I don't hit it with my mower. If I have to pick it up do I have to request bulk pickup through 311?
