Abuser left now I'm having extreme physical reactions

Hi all.

I'm wondering if anybody else had these sorts of reactions?

I got a restraining order due to him hitting and denting my car while he was stopping me from leaving for work. They served him on Wednesday and immediately after I got the shakes really bad for hours. Now I'm having night terrors, anxiety, shakes, tremors, cold sweats. All sorts of terrible symptoms. It's so bad I can barely function.

I'm considering calling my psychiatrist to see if I can get a temporary script for anxiety meds :(
