License not suspended after dui arrest

I got arrested for a second dui 10 years after my first.

I was sleeping in my car in my own driveway.

They didn’t take my license. The dmv says status is active. The lawyer said he doesn’t see any suspension. And I called the court and they said “it should have been administratively suspended but it isn’t, that’s weird”.

Has anyone had this happened? I haven’t been convicted of anything yet.
