Got cheated out of $20, can I get ebay to refund my money?

Firstly: This is a HUGE second hand company who makes a profit buying books from people for like $1-2 then reselling them for $10-40. This book is hard to find so I had limited options and it needed to be ebay so I could put it on a payment plan (struggling college student.)

I'm in school for art and design and a show was a huge inspiration for me so I wanted the art book to study the clothing design process.

All other of the six or so listings were $11 or so.

This one was $25 ($30 after shipping and tax)

On their official website, it said hardcover, shipping was free, but no payment plan. Staff told me they DID have an ebay page, sent me a link, and I searched it up. They only had one copy, it was the same price, and when I checked 'Description' it said hardcover. So I bought it.

Then I saw backing out of search that suspiciously, nobody else, even Amazon, had a hardcover version. I went back to the listing immediately to double check, and in the description it said hardcover but when I clicked on product details underneath description and scrolled down, it said paperback.

I was appalled and realized I spend $20 extra dollars for a book that wasn't even in the best condition and cancelled. All in less than 3 minutes.

The seller immediately rejected and said they 'shipped it already.' 😐🤨

I told them this was fraudulent and apalling and that I'd open an INAD claim. Do I have grounds here?

I don't want my account getting banned if I pursue an INAD but this does feel like an INAD case because it was so misleading. I need every cent I can pinch, I can't stomach the idea of paying that extra money for nothing.
