Didn’t think I’d feel this bad

For context, I had an iron infusion last year and it was a breeze. I just felt like I’d been on a hike for a few days.

First B12 injection yesterday, and I feel like I’ve been his by a bus, it reversed and drove back over me 🤣. Upset stomach, cramps/ aching legs, severe headache… have cofactors and electrolytes.

Not really looking for advice, unless anyone knows how to stop this by erm tomorrow when I do the next one 🤣. Just surprised I feel this bad and would highly recommend starting when you’re not at work 🤣
