I’m a 26 year old girl living a (mostly) clothes-free life with my little brother. AMA!

I’m a 26 year old girl in grad school for photography. Last year, after endless turmoil and drama in their marriage, my parents got divorced (believe me, it was for the best).

When the split happened, we all agreed it made the most sense for my 10 year old brother (now 11) to come live with me, so he wouldn’t have to be dragged out of state with either one of our parents and so we could stay together as brother and sister in the city we’ve always lived in. The agreement was he would move in with me, with our parents giving us 100% financial support.

My little brother is insanely mature and insanely smart, an old soul for sure, and we’ve always had an incredible bond, regardless of our age difference. We’re just 100% on the same wavelength. But having lived on my own for so long, I of course wasn’t sure to expect.

Now, a year later, I can honestly say that it’s been amazing. Our apartment is postage stamp tiny and we have literally no privacy, but that’s okay. It‘s ours. And I’m proud to say that in our time living together, we’ve grown to become completely comfortable spending time naked together as brother and sister.
