For those of you who experienced mental health side effects, how long did they take to go away?

I’m an idiot and took a microdose (2mg) thinking it wouldn’t affect my mental health when it has in the past. Experiencing rage and SI. Took shot Saturday. No sign of relief. I’m worried because it’s close to the 50% half life and I still feel insane. Does anyone else have experience with this? Two weeks? Thanks
