Where do I actually report a bug? Game keeps kicking me back to the lobby mid spin

hey, so I was playing a Megaways slot on mobile and it keeps either failing to load or booting me back to the main lobby mid spin. happened on two different Megaways games today. cleared cache, switched browsers, same deal.

is there a proper place to log this? I checked the help center but couldn't find a dedicated bug report form, and there's no live chat either. do I just email support, or is there a thread the mods are tracking here? don't wanna spam multiple channels if there's an official path for it.

also curious, anyone else running into this on mobile rn? trying to figure out if it's just me or if it's a known issue with that game category.
