Worried about second letter !! Pls help!!

So my smear came back with hpv and moderate high grade changes, despite bloody having the vaccine!!

I then went in for a colposcopy a few days later and and they didn’t seem too worried, saying that it may be LLETZ or letting it clear naturally.

I then got a letter today for an appointment in 2/3ish weeks time. It’s just saying with the colposcopy team.

So I want to know why !!! I keep jumping to the worst and worried I’ll need something v serious and not be able to have kids :( I spoke to a few people and they said it’s probably just a follow up??

Any wisdom would be sooooo appreciated
