Recommendations for Easter 2027 with kids (4, 2 & 1 years)

Would love sun, beach, good kids club and activities/experiences for small kids. Contemplating Nayarit (Rosewood), Trancoso (Fasano?), Maldives (which hotel is best set up for children?). What else should be on my list?
