Remote Question

Can anyone walk me through this?

V5pro. We have had it for a few weeks, working fine.

Now it is stuck on Disney jr. When powering on, it’s goes straight to Disney, not the apps list to choose from. I cannot “go to settings” or click anything because the remote buttons aren’t responding.

The tricky part- the power on, vol + & -, and source still work, the top left buttons.
The blue light does not blink when I press buttons on the box, it does in the remote.
Cannot press home or OK to go back to any live tv channels or apps

Please help!
