Toyota Rav4 Maintenance Plan and Extended Warranty

I was offered Toyota Care Plus and Toyota Extended Warranty (VSA) when I purchased my new Rav4 2026 XLE Premium. Should I consider having them or not?

I think I won't drive 75k miles within 5 years. 100k within 10 years (may be) but it depends.

Toyota Care Plus for 5 Years / 75k was offered at 1120 and VSA for 8 Years / 100k was offered at 1500.

There were also plans for Toyota Care Plus for 5 Years / 55k as well. Also VSA for 10 Years / 100k and 10 Years / 125k.
