Not 2.0 but just 1.0 version of yourself
This might not apply to everyone, but it’s something I’ve been thinking about.
A lot of “self-improvement” advice focuses on becoming better, stronger, more disciplined.
But for me, it never fully clicked. It felt like adding more on top of something that already felt off.
What actually resonates more is the idea of returning —
back to a version of yourself that felt natural before all the stress, coping, or overthinking.
Not becoming someone new.
Just getting back to yourself.
I’ve been thinking of it as “1.0” — not an upgrade, just your original state.
Curious if anyone else relates to that, or if you see it differently.
