Status changed within hours of sending threatening email!

I'm with d Miller & associates, I checked off for option c. I have no liens.

I sign my paperwork over 6 weeks ago, the whole time The status on this trust has said additional information needed.

I've been patient, but today I sent an email stressing my frustrations of no communication. I threaten to go proceed and fire d Miller.

Within hours they sent me a text to give them a call. And when I checked my claim status it changed to "release and payment processing/ payment review in progress"

I don't understand these different levels of just making a payment. And I don't understand why my status would change only when I threaten them.

Can somebody please explain to me do lawyers have control over the trust website that shows my claim?? Why was it only changed within the hour of me sending a threatening email.

I called back, of course they were at lunch. So I'm waiting for a call back I'm going to ask the same questions, but I'm not expecting much.
