VCP Program/ Virtual Lasting / Virtual Assistant University - Thoughts/Insights/Experience?

Who has undergone this VA Candidate Program from this company? How long is the duration? I discovered there is a bond (30k) to be paid if the candidate exits the program without the training provider's agreement. Which seems pretty extreme for a free training to me. Granted I know such things are non-enforceable in reality. I just wanted to get insights and thoughts about this company from people who have undergone the training. If successfully placed with a client upon program completion the pay is set $3.
