BMW owners—where do you take your cars for service?

We’ve had multiple bad experiences with Century BMW, specifically with their alignment work. We have a new car that needed an alignment, and they’ve gotten it wrong several times. At one point they even said their alignment equipment was broken and kept the car for weeks.

The whole situation feels pretty bizarre, honestly. Has anyone else dealt with something like this there? Or do you have a shop (dealer or independent) you trust? What would you do in this situation?
