26M, Trying to put myself out there more

i've always been an introvert and quite shy. Im currently working on learning to talk to strangers, so i thought i'd try making a post here. Here are some basic facts about me:

-i'm very passionate about self improvement

-i like discussing things in great detail

-im crafty, and like hearing about peoples creative projects

-favorite genres of fiction is horror and romance, though it probably wouldnt be good together lol

-a fan of hypotheticals and thought experiments for the fun of it

-likes video games, is bad at them

-can't spell

Today i'm trying to catch up on some work, but am pretty distracted. i've committed to trying to go to a bar and approaching a stranger tomorrow, and im very nervous lol. i'm also concidering getting an eyebrow piercing and if any person with an eyebrow piercing appears i will take it as a sign.
