Seeking a simple summer room (May-July) - Transit-friendly to Downtown

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a place to stay this summer from roughly mid May through late-July while I’m working in Downtown Dayton.

I’m looking for a humble, straightforward setup-just a single bedroom and access to a kitchen so I can cook. I’m hoping to find something that is within a 30-minute commute to downtown via RTA or the shuttle.
