Does MOD allow same-level coworker relationships?

For context, my fiance and I met as coworkers (not at MOD) in the same position and we enjoy working together. I just got hired at MOD and my fiance is going to have an interview at the same location. If we tell them about our relationship will they still let us work together? Assuming neither of us get promoted to a leadership position?
