Where can I get crushed thai red chili in Toronto?

It's served as a condiment at pretty much every street food vendor in Thailand but can't seem to find it anywhere in the Asian markets (maybe I'm not looking for the right thing, idk)... Not to be confused with Korean Gochugaru.

Anyone have any leads?
