Canister/bulk gunpowder sourcing for high volume shooting

Hello, I was wondering if there was a source for canister smokeless pistol powder for about 50k rounds per year volume. I know general dynamics and saint marks are the manufacturers but it's there a way to buy a canister of powder direct from manufacturer? Thanks
