Steroid injection for sculptra granulomas

hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone of you had nodules form after a sculpture injection?

I have granulomas all over my face, including one on my cheek, which is about 2 cm in size and visible.

After thorough research, it seems the only solution to get rid of these granulomas is either by surgical removal or injecting it with steroids.

I’ve been waiting for the nodules to fade for almost 2 years now and there’s still more forming.

Is there anyone out there who had success with steroid injections?
