How to deal with coworkers talking about your hygiene?

Almost two month, I’m dealing with terrible scalp odor. And I’ve been on two medications. Last month I was on ketonconazole 2% (didn’t work) and I’m now on clindamycin topical lotion. I’ve notice this has lessen the smell but I still have three weeks to see if it has fully worked. I haven’t made it known at work I’m still waiting for a letter from the DERM to have “proof” that I’m going through that. But at work there’s a specific coworker that talks non stop about it. It’s lowkey pissing me off.
